FAQ

How do I know how much to pay?

The price for all products is listed on our website. Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

 

Non-EU customers shall be responsible for their own local taxes and custom duty charges. Non-EU customers also benefit from non-VAT prices for their purchases since they don’t have to pay VAT if shipping outside EU.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00am – 1:30pm GMT, excluding Public Holidays. We aim to despatch “in stock” items on the same working day after an order has been placed. If your order is received after 3.30pm we will despatch it the next working day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post or via UPS, and are normally delivered within 48 hours.

 

All international orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order.

 

In the event that the Goods ordered by you are not available at the time the order is placed, we will notify you by email of the estimated time for delivery.

What is your returns policy?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days after your receipt. You must obtain a returns authorisation number from our customer services prior to returning the goods. Please contact us on customer.services@igadgetlondon.com prior to returning an item. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information.

What do I do if I am unable to login?

If you have forgotten your username or password please click on the link on the login page. We will send you an email with your user details.

 

Please contact us if you are still unable to login after entering the correct details.

What if an item is missing from my order?

If you have ordered multiple items please be advised that they may not be packaged together, your delivery note will confirm if this is the case. Please note you may not receive all of your packages at the same time. You should allow a further 48 hours for delivery before contacting our customer services team to advise of a missing package.

What if an item is on back order?

We aim to have all items in stock for immediate shipment.

 

If we’re out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order for it. We will email you to let you know an estimated despatch time.

 

If you have ordered more than one product and part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and ship what we can straight away.
